If attending a class, please complete the Registration Form and mail it along with the registration fee to Fiber Inspirations, Inc. 2550 Windmill Circle, Elizabeth, CO 80107 ****************************************************************************************** October 5, 2010 Tuesday Interested in fiber arts, or just want to learn more about them, join us at our Fiber Arts Gathering Night. If you can't come right at 5:30, no worries, come when you can! Bring your unfinished projects or start a new one. Spin, weave, knit, crochet, felt, loom, and do other fiber arts. You are not required to have any particular level of expertise – only a desire to learn, share, and have fun. Hope you can join us!
October 7, 2010 Thursday October is Cancer Month. You can make a difference by helping cancer patients deal with chemotheraphy hair loss by making chemo hats. We will have plenty of patterns from which to choose for children thru adult sizes. All hats made will be donated to Rocky Mountain Cancer Society or local hospitals. You can even start your hat on Fiber Arts Gathering Night and finish the hat on Thursday. There is no charge for this class. Won’t you join us for this wonderful cause!
October 16-17, 2010 Saturday-Sunday Vendors and demonstrators will be coming from all over Nebraska, Wyoming, Colorado, and South Dakota to offer a variety of fiber art related products, projects, and techniques to share with participants. Join us for this interactive fiber arts event! There will be educational demonstrations, hands-on projects for children and adults, the sale of local/regional artists work and fiber art supplies, information and instructional resources. See and pet animals that provide the fiber you love to work with!
October 30, Saturday Want to give something to a teacher or special friend without spending a fortune? Come learn to knit tensel out of sparkly eyelash yarn, knit a trendy scarf or hat. What about knitting a pillow with a Christmas tree motif? All the projects are quick to knit and make great gifts. We've come up with fun patterns and have lots and lots of beautiful yarns you can purchase. You are also welcome to bring your own yarn.
