Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or provide you with store credit. Returns and Exchanges must be made within 30 days after order is received.

Shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable. We will issue credit to the credit card used at check out.

Before returning your purchase, please email us at info@FiberInspirations.com or call us at 1-866-544-8028
to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The return Authorization Number allows us to keep track of packages being shipped back to us. Return Authorization Numbers expire 30 days after being issued.

We suggest you send the package by registered or insured mail since Fiber Inspirations.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.

Clearly print your name, address and RA# on the outside of the package in the return area and mail to:

Make sure to keep a copy for your own records.
